If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at sophia@sophia-alexia.com within 28 days of receipt and we can arrange an exchange or refund providing products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. If you return your order to us after 28 days then sadly we won't be able to issue you a refund and you will have to keep the item/s purchased.
