ORDERING DETAILS

When placing an order, please be sure that the information you provide is accurate and complete as we cannot be held accountable for any errors made during purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after an order has been completed and we recommend you check everything carefully and contact us immediately if anything needs to be changed.

In the unlikely circumstance that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be offered an alternative or refund according to your preference.

DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped from London within 1-3 business days using tracked services. If you need to have something sent more urgently please contact us via email:

UK DELIVERY : £6

Delivery estimate time: 1-3 working days

EU DELIVERY : £10

Delivery Estimate time: 5-7 working days

ROW DELIVERY : £15

Delivery Estimate time: 7 -10 working days

*Please note: International customers are responsible for any import duties and customs fees charged.*

RETURNS

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at orders@sophia-alexia.com within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange an exchange or refund providing products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. If you return your order to us after 14 days then sadly, we won't be able to issue you a refund, but we can give you store credit to purchase on another item within our collection. 

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of the return. 

EXCHANGE

We only offer size or print exchange in the same style or an exchange of the same £ value.

Please allow up to 5 business days for an exchange to be shipped.

When returning goods (with the exception of any items that arrived damaged or faulty), please note that you the customer are responsible for cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if items fail to reach us.
