You will receive a confirmation email shortly after an order has been completed and we recommend you check everything carefully and contact us immediately if anything needs to be changed.
In the unlikely circumstance that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be offered an alternative or refund according to your preference.

RETURNS
We hope you love your Sophia Alexia purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. All products must be returned in resalable condition: new, unworn, and with all hygiene and garment tags attached.
- To register your return, please log into our Return Portal via this link: https://returnsportal.shop/sophia-alexia
- Enter your order number (the numerical number only), without the ‘#’ symbol or the 'SA' prefix (for example, if your order appears as “#01234,” enter 01234, or if your order number appears as "SA01234", enter 01234) and your purchase email, both of which can be found in your confirmation email.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason from the options provided. You can request either a refund or store credit. For UK purchases, exchanges are also available.
- For UK returns, either print your label at home or select the QR code option via Royal Mail, at the cost of 4 GBP. For international returns, the service and cost will be dependent on your location.
Please include your delivery slip in with your return and pack items securely. Allow up to 5 working days from receipt for returns to be processed before a refund/credit is issued or an exchange is despatched.
