Returns

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you are able to return the item/s within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange an exchange or refund providing products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. If you return your order to us after 14 days then sadly, we won't be able to issue you a refund, but we can give you store credit to purchase on another item within our collection. 

Please note for hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds/exchange on swimsuits or swimwear briefs if the hygiene seal has been removed. Item/s will be returned to customer.

Please pack items securely and return to the below address along with your delivery slip: 

When you return goods (with the exception of any items that arrived damaged or faulty) please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if items fail to reach us.

Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt, for returns to be processed before a refund is issued or an exchange is shipped.
